Edebé, a Publishing Group specialized in educational contents, emerged at the beginning of the 80’s, as a continuation of the historic Editorial Don Bosco. Text books and children and young adults’ literature have made it one of the most important companies in the educational field in Spain.
The group is established in Spain with the imprint Edebé for Spanish and Catalan markets, and with different imprints for the autonomous regions: Rodeira in Galizia, Giltza in the Basque Country, Marjal in the Valencian Community and Guadiel in Andalusia. Fifteen commercial offices in all the Spanish territory and more than four-hundred workers ensure their service to the Spanish market, as well as relying on their subsidiaries in Mexico, Argentina and Chile.
As a pioneering company dedicated to the creation of multimedia materials for more than a decade, with the new educational programmes which look forward to a more digital approach, Edebé has renewed its contents adapting them to the new formats and technological needs.
Edebé is also present in the children’s animation field, producing and distributing, through its subsidiary company Edebé Audiovisual, several cartoon series and also films in coproduction with the main national and international television channels.
