BETT 2010
2010-01-17
Thank you all for visiting our stand during BETT 2010. We hope that you all have had a successful show.
YDP was present with a slightly re-designed stand this year, with two clearly divided sections: one for YDP International and one for YDP UK. We ran regular presentations on both sides of the stand. Teachers had a chance to participate in a series of presentations of the new www.yTeach.co.uk, which has become The eLearning Superstore this year. Apart from purchasing Young Digital Planet's educational content there, you can now view and buy materials of other well-known publishers, such as: Crocodile Clips, Dunelm e-Learning, Hodder Education, Primal Pictures, Sherston Publishing and The Big Bus. We believe that this new feature will make www.yTeach.co.uk even more attractive to our existing and prospective clients.
YDP International had also prepared a number of product presentations.
These on our tools: yBook and yAuthor proved to be very popular, with a wide audience ranging from educational publishers to teachers and students themselves, who more and more often prepare and then share their own educational content online. Additionally, a new Multimedia Language Portal - yLingua was presented along with YDP English Language courseware aimed at language learners of varied age groups and levels. If you are interested in launching a local instance of the platform, which is aimed at schools and teachers as well as individual students, please contact us at info@ydp.eu. eduSensus, the Special Needs Therapy series, also attracted a lot of interest, not only from commercial but also educational institutions, including Ministries of Education. Our representatives ran several presentations on Universal Curriculum, which impressed with its comprehensive coverage and premium content.
