Inclusive Education: The Way of the Future
2008-11-02

We are proud to announce that Young Digital Planet is participating in the sponsorship of the 48th session of the International Conference on Education, which is going to be held on 25-28 November 2008 at the International Conference Centre, Geneva, Switzerland.

The International Conference on Education is a major international forum for education policy dialogue among Ministers of Education and other stakeholders (researchers, practitioners, representatives of intergovernmental organisations and civil society).

The theme of the 48th session of the ICE is 'Inclusive Education: The Way of the Future'. It is organised by the International Bureau of Education (IBE), the UNESCO institute specialising in assisting Member States to achieve quality Education for All through innovative curriculum development and implementation.

The event has benefited from the support (in the form of intellectual and/or financial contributions) of a wide range of partners, including governments, ministries of education, the UNESCO National Commissions, organisations of the United Nations System, intergovernmental organisations, international non-governmental organisations, foundations, as well as research and academic institutions in a number of countries.
